Full Demoing & Modifications
Videos are equipped with full demoing of each exercise along with modifications that help you personalize class.
Cueing & Encouragement
Receive form cues and encouragement similar to how you would in an in-person class
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Cancellation/Freeze Information
There is no fee for cancellation but you must email [email protected] prior to your next monthly/yearly billing cycle to confirm the cancellation.
You may freeze your membership one time a year for a one month period by emailing [email protected]. Freezing your membership instead of cancelling allows you to be grandfathered back into your original monthly/yearly rate regardless of what new prices are.
Reminder: The membership fee is for access to the class library so when you cancel, you will also lose access to the classes.
