Hi! I'm Sarah (aka @thecoastalyogi). I started teaching sculpt in San Diego while I was living there for college and it has been my passion ever since. Whether its leading teacher trainings & international retreats or instructing private lessons & corporate classes, I love building connections both inside & outside of the studio. My mission is to help other instructors do the same!
